Perhaps this looks familiar as a couple years ago I posted this Easter craft idea; however, I wanted to remind everyone of this easy, cheap and fun way to make a personalized basket for someone special. Use any box (this happens to be a Tazo tea box with a beautiful inside pattern) and carefully disassemble. Next, using double-sided tape, rebuild the box inside out. Then embellish it with a handle (I used a pipe cleaner), stickers and so on -- just have fun with it. Finally, fill with all sorts of goodies and make someone's day. I'm making three to deliver to nieces and a nephew.
From time to time I come across things in parking lots that humor me, and this vehicle tagged "Rubicks" did just that. At Christmas time I often see a few vehicles adorned with wreaths, red Rudolph noses and antlers. With St. Patrick's Day and Easter on the horizon, maybe a pot of gold on the front bumper or giant rabbit ears will be cruising through the streets -- keep your eyes open!
