Frosty Morn

Extra crunchy.
Slippery when wet.
Intricate.
A masterpiece.
Stunning.
Unexpected.
Often overlooked.
Frosted flakes.

Those statements describe my thoughts when I see these leaves from a spectacular and  frosty morning along the river where Jack Frost's amazing artistry was on display.  Upon first glance I could not believe my eyes -- leaves and frost -- a feast for the senses and especially for me, the artist, known tree lover and avid leaf looker....ahhhhh

"Autumn is a second spring when every leaf is a flower."
