Although much of summer has passed, some gorgeous blooming plants still remain. Above is a dahlia (yes, they are related to daisies and sunflowers) and below a hibiscus -- aren't they gorgeous? And, they're huge -- well beyond the size of my palm. Today treat yourself to a jaunt outdoors and savor summer's splendor.
