In these parts we continue to enjoy a bumper crop of apples. As seen in the photos above, currently many of these trees are full of the shiny fruit in shades of red, green and yellow. For about the last month my husband and I have enjoyed a plentiful supply, and daily I find myself eating several of these tasty gems -- plain, with peanut butter, baked and so on. Yum!
