This view of downtown Dubuque, Iowa contains several notable landmarks, including the Julien Dubuque Bridge that spans the Mississippi River and connects Iowa to neighboring Illinois. In addition, standing tall to the far right is the Cathedral of Saint Raphael, the mother church of the Archdiocese of Dubuque. And, one other area easily visible contains the harbor as well as the refurbished and well-known Hotel Julien Dubuque that appears on the upper left border of the image.
